We the undersigned demand that Marcus Curry is charged with Animal cruelty after causing the death of his little German Shepherd/ mix puppy.

Marcus Curry is currently being held on $40,000 bond after having been charged with aggravated animal cruelty after leaving his tiny German Shepherd in the dishwasher 'too long' before dumping its dead body in a trash can on Wednesday June 26th.

Marcus Curry poses a risk to other innocent animals, and he needs to be dealt with in Court and face the harshest sentence possible which is -  a Class E felony which is punishable with a fine up to $3,000 and/or imprisonment up to 6 years.

Tennessee's animal cruelty statute 39-14-212 states a person commits aggravated cruelty, a Class E felony, to animals when, with aggravated cruelty and with no justifiable purpose, he/she intentionally kills or intentionally causes serious physical injury to a companion animal.

 A Class E felony is punishable with a fine up to $3,000 and/or imprisonment up to 6 years.
