In a few weeks the 21th anniversary of the killing of Giovanni Falcone will occur. It is unacceptable that a local restaurant in Vienna bases its advertising strategy on the glorification of awful crimes perpetrated by the mafia in Italy. In particular in their menu they have entries such as "Don Falcone" described as "He earned the title of main enemy of mafia in Palermo, and he ended up roasted like a würstel". If this was not enough you can find in their menu also "Don Peppino: the bigmouthed sicilian, cooked like a BBQ chicken by a bomb blast" (likely alluding to Peppino Impastato).
We request that the all unrespectuful references to the victims of organized crime are removed from all the marketing material of the restaurant including any website. We will not stop requesting the intervention of the authorities and ask all our connections to boycott the restaurant until our requests are met.

If you are appalled like we are by the utter lack of respect help us to
focus our disdain into our petition for the Austrian authorities,
requesting their intervention to clean Vienna from such a insult to the
memory of many Italian heroes.
