Project Fitness provides personal training, wellness and fitness consulting services in the DC Community.  Project Fitness prides itself in promoting a social movement in which fitness serves as both a preventative tool and a solution to health problems that are prevalent in our community. Project Fitness' goal is to build both a healthy environment and a health conscious community, one individual at a time.

The OUTFIT Project is Project Fitness' key initiative to promote affordable and fun fitness programs and outlets in the District.  In particular, the OUTFIT Project promotes the use of open and green spaces for fitness.  Every quarter, the OUTFIT Project promotes an organization whose mission is aligned with Project Fitness' values.

This quarter, the OUTFIT Project is promoting and seeking support for the benefit of the Homeless Children's Playtime Project, Inc.

Project Fitness is asking supporters to provide monetary and in-kind donation.  You can directly donate money by using the link in this page.  The totality of your donation will go the Homeless Children's Playtime Project.  It is also tax-deductible.

We are also looking for in-kind donations (running shoes, clothes, etc.), which will also be given to the Homeless Children's Playtime Project.

Project Fitness is inviting supporters to join them at the Metropolitan Branch Trail (MBT) 5K run on May 11, 2013. They will have a designated space where you can drop your donations.  Project Fitness will provide anyone who donates $5.00 or more a free fitness consultation.  As an added incentive, they are also offering a 30-day online workout program for just $1.00.

So Join me on May 11 and get fit for a good cause! WEAR GREEN to show your support.  We will have a donation drop-box by the race registration starting at 8:00 AM, at the intersection of S Street NE and 4th Street NE.

Thank you for your support!
