There are over 600 million stray animals who live on the streets around
the world. Unlike
homeless people, homeless animals have never had any choice. Most of them were
either born already homeless, abandoned by their rightful owners or just simply got lost. They didn’t create their situation.
They just have to live with it, or is more often the case, die with it. Imagine what these animals have to go through everyday. Starving
to death. Dying of untreated injury or disease. Dying painful deaths at the
hands of cruel humans. What some people fail to understand is that these are actual living feeling beings that lead
incredibly brutal and painful lives. And it’s mostly because of things that we
humans have done.
Recently I came across "Animal Care Association Pakistan." They have a special team all over the country (Pakistan) which consists of non-paid volunteers which rescue animals with special care, attention and love until their forever home is found through adoption. They have a shelter facility for every breed, size and age animals. At a time when Pakistan is under a lot of crisis this association is doing an amazing job in trying to provide shelter and home for the homeless animals.

If you can't adopt a pet then there are other ways which you can help. Perhaps you can donate items. Maybe old towels, pet toys, leashes and newspapers can be put to use in animal shelters....
If you can't adopt a pet then there are other ways which you can
help. Perhaps you can donate items. Maybe old towels, pet toys, leashes

up to volunteer at a shelter. Collect items from your
neighborhood and make a monthly donation. You can even do as little as
providing water or food to strays on the street.
There is no law or regulation in Pakistan which supports homeless animals. If the government wont do anything for the voiceless animals then we should raise our voice for them.
