The United States Post Office belongs to the people, not to private and privileged interest. It should not be for sale to the highest bidder. The Postal Accountability Act of 2006 purposely placed our postal service in the red by imposing unreasonable requirements for retirement funding on this agency that no other government agency is required to meet. It was neither necessary nor demanded by the people. If the Postal Accountability Act of 2006 were repeal, our U.S. Postal Service would again be capable of meeting all financial obligations and also showing a profit as well as creating more job opportunities.
