Sprint needs to stand up and acknowledge that they are slipping in the customer
service sector and need to open up their eyes to their potential demise.
Sprint offers a tremendous service, but their network is nothing
without great, willing and customer oriented people working in the call
centers and HAPPY CUSTOMERS!! We should sign this to help push them to train, educate and help their employees give quality and genuine customer service. And train HR to recruit people that have experience in deescalating customer complaints.
