ESCO Corporaton Calvin Collins President, State of Oregon Employment Department

My husband worked for your company for 39 years. You unfairly fired him and denied his unemployment benefits. As a result we no longer have health insurance or funds to pay for my cancer treatments. You choose employee termination instead of layoffs to save money. He was your dedicated employee with a spotless record, he deserves his benefits.

You used unfair practices and policies and caused devastation to many families. Step up and right your wrong. Approve his unemployment benefits so we can survive!

No one should be treated differently because they are in management, work in a different department, or have a relative in high places. Company policies should be applicable for all employees.

Fairness and human rights in the workplace are important issues. Help protect rights for employees from being unfairly treated, overlooked or dismissed (fired) from their employment.
