We believe we don't neccessarily need gun control, we believe we need to just enforce a few guidelines. For starters there needs to be a very thorough background check on the person who buys the gun(s) which means criminal and mental background checks. Meaning anyone who purchases a gun whether privately/publically (meaning either from a person or a store/vendor) needs to follow those guidelines, there needs to be a form of sorts to show to that person whom you are buying the gun from that you have had a thorough background check completed and it needs to be signed by certain people, for example the sheriff (you have to go through the sheriff's department to get your CCW) and whoever does your mental background check (To make sure your mentally stable and don't show signs of wanting to cause harm to another on purpose) . Also, an agreement needs to be made that the owner of the gun(s) will not loan the gun(s) out to anyone who hasn't met these requirements and that owner of the gun(s) will keep them secured safely. We feel that the 2nd amendment does need protected because NOT EVERYONE deserves to have their guns taken from them. They are used for protection and hunting purposes, and it isn't the gun or weapon that kills a person it's a person controling the weapon that does. Not everyone has a criminal background nor are they mentally unstable.

Our 1st & 2nd Amendments were formed by our founding fathers and it should be protected. Not everyone uses their guns in an ill manor, some use it for protection and others use their guns for hunting. These two methods go back many years and are a form of surival. Guns don't kill people, people kill people. The person commiting the act should be at fault not the weapon, it's an object used in the crime and not everyone uses it in a criminal manor.
