Dear Governor Brown,
Paul has been held at San Quentin State Prison for almost 11 months now for going outside of his radius last Christmas. He had a hearing on Oct. 4, 2012 where they said he had "served his time". Yet he is still locked in a tiny room with no outdoor access, no visits from family allowed, no interaction with loved ones. This treatment is not only inhumane and unjust but also costing us tax payers thousands of dollars in this one case, millions on all the other cases that are happening just like this. Both San Quentin State Prison and the CDCR have been contacted and say there is nothing they can do. Please contact the California Department of Corrections in Sacramento and demand they release Paul and stop wasting his life and our tax dollars.
In the name of justice, humanity and fairness I thank you,

Please sign this petition to possibly save Paul's life (he has already been attacked and stabbed once while incarcerated) and to support justice, humanity, fairness and financial security for tax payers. There is no reason for him to be there. He was told he had served his time and yet they keep him locked up with no access to family or friends or the outdoors and no information on when they will release him. It is a waste of his life and our money. If enough people speak up in supporting individual circumstances like this perhaps the CDCR will be forced to change their ways. Paul is one of many who are treated unfairly. He is one of many we are paying for with our taxes. Take a stand, get your power back and demand action be taken. Thank you so much for reading this and considering it.
