How this will help

Because I want healthy best outcomes for pregnant women and babies, I will honor my pledge and:

1) Share with my healthcare provider that if all is well, I want to wait for labor to start on its own, and ask my nurse for more information about spontaneous labor.

2) Learn the many reasons and health benefits why it's important for pregnant to wait for labor to start on its own at

3) Share this pledge with women and families in my life to build a strong community of support around pregnant women that encourages waiting for labor to start on its own and avoiding non-medically indicated inductions or cesareans.
