The people of Bangladesh urge you to help stop killing the Bangladeshi citizens at borders by the India border security forces (BSF). It is reported that from 2000 to 2010, 923 Bangladeshi citizens were killed by India's border security forces (BSF) and 70 peoples by the Indian civilians and also 661 peoples were injured by BSF and 335 were injured by the Indian civilians. There must have many unreported killings and injuries as well.
If a Bangladeshi does any illegal things (e.g. crossing border), there are laws to judge them. But the Indian forces take laws at their own hands. The government of Bangladesh has condemned the brutal activities of BSF at the borders but India has kept killing and torturing the Bangladeshi citizens at the borders without any legal justification! The people of Bangladesh are peace-loving but have now lost their patience. So they are raising their voices to protect their fellow countrymen from being killed by India.
Over 900 Bangladeshi nationals have reportedly been killed by the BSF over the last decade, in several of which cases it was obvious that the hapless Bangladeshi nationals were injured or killed from indiscriminate firing from across the border.
The border force seems to be out of control, with orders to shoot any suspect. The NHRC chairman wrote letters to the chairman of National Human Rights Commission of India requesting him to bring the issue to the notice of the central government of India to stop such atrocities and killings along the border. India’s shoot-to-kill policy on the Bangladesh border.
All BSF killings should be probed prosecuted. Peaceful border requires more than mere expression of intent. Killings at the border gets out of hands BSF have took this too far killing innocent Bangladeshis.

Do good fences make good neighbours? Not along the India-Bangladesh border. Here, India has almost finished building a 2,000km fence. Where once people on both sides were part of a greater Bengal, now India has put up a "keep out" sign to stop illegal immigration, smuggling and infiltration by anti-government militants
