Except the United States. This is a grassroots effort to implement the UNDRIP, beginning at the city, county, and state levels.

UNDRIP is an international declaration created by the Indigenous peoples of the world that encourages governments to recognize the rights of the original inhabitants of their respective territories. Since the United States is not enforcing its nearly 400 treaties with indigenous peoples of the North American continent, this is a way to begin the process of formally bring Indigenous communities and governments together to the table to discuss sovereignty, sacred sites, media, and languages.
