Recently in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania, the Guardian Ad Litem (GAL), Danielle Ross, gave custody of a child under her guardianship to the man this three year old child told her was "hurting her pee-pee". Ms. Ross would not allow the mother of the child to have any legal representation present during custody discussions and even altered a No Contact Protection From Abuse Order (because he had physically abused the mother which resulted in her having a broken back while she was pregnant with his second child) that the mother had filed against the man abusing her children to allow him to have unsupervised visitation with the child. After the child had complained to the mother about the abuse, the mother asked Ms. Ross what she should do if her child comes home from another visitation with daddy complaining of the abuse. Ms. Ross gave custody of the child (as well as her infant sibling) to the pedophile's parents. Ten months later (June 2009) she gave sole custody of the children to the pedophile father. In October 2011, this man was arrested for child rape and custody was of the children was given over to his parents. On June 13, 2012 this man was convicted on 5 counts of child rape and involuntary deviant sexual intercourse with a child. This child was his 11 year old (at the time) step-daughter. The pedophile, Mr. M. Hunting III's parents now have custody of his two children while the mother of the girls is being told that better not try to take custody away from his parents, else his conviction may be overturned.
This mother has been fighting an uphill battle to protect her children and the people who were charged by the state of Pennsylvania and more specifically, Lackawanna County, turned their back on her and her children. The system needs to change and all the people responsible for this injustice need to be held accountable.

We see everyday the way pedophiles get away with their acts. In California for example, four democrat assembly people block a bill that would have made it easier for schools to fire teachers for these kinds of acts (these assembly people get large donations from the teachers' unions) in light of the fact that a school board had to pay a teacher to quit after he was arrested on charges of sexually abusing his students. Pedophiles n NJ are known to live unchecked within 50 feet of where they committed their crimes. When the police and probation offices are told of these things, they shrug their shoulders.
Our children need protection from those who abuse them and the people who turn them over to their abusers!
