"BabuLal, aged 22, became another victim of SPCA’s careless administration, who even after knowing about the danger posed by the naked, livewire didn’t do anything to get it repaired. On a Tuesday morning, at around 11 am, BabuLal was performing his daily chores when he was struck by electric shock which took away his life on the spot. It was an official off day for him but he was there due to the unavailability of other staff members. This incident puts up a question mark on the utilization of funds that are regularly being dispensed to SPCA by Noida Authority as well as local animal lovers. SPCA Administration has already denied the fact that they get enough funds for the general upkeep and maintenance of the shelter.
Many animals at the shelter, basically dogs and monkeys have already lost their lives due to the same naked wire and no valid action had been taken before. If only SPCA had shown some concern over the previous accidents, BabuLal would not have lost his life. He was the only bread earner for his family and after his death, there is no one to take care of his old mother.
If this is the plight of the handful of dedicated animal workers in SPCA, then what would happen to the numerous animals who rely on them for their survival?
People have suggested to name some blocks of SPCA Animal shelter by BabuLal’s name so that his services could be remembered for the times to come and this incident becomes an eye opener for all the people in SPCA administration who have been mishandling the funds rather than channelizing them into the right directions.
BabuLal lost his life at the tender age of 22 and he can be an example for various people so that more and more volunteers come forward for this noble cause."
Above was the article given by House of Stray Animals to various newspapers against which SPCA has pressed suing charges of $ 200,000 ( Rs. 100,000,00 INR ).

SPCA decided to sue House of Stray Animals for the article or complaint they have given regarding SPCA's negligence. SPCA has been demanding $ 200,000 from House of Stray Animals and it is not possible for an NGO to give this amount of money. HSA dfoesn't have this amount of money and hence they want support from various people to join them in their cause to give Babu Lal his share and dedicate to him, one of the blocks in SPCA animal shelter. If they receive ample amount of support, it will help their case against SPCA's suing charges. They are willing to give their lives to provide justice to Babu Lal.
They have not put any serious allegation on SPCA and instead have just said that it is due to the negligence of SPCA that Babu Lal has died. They have reported this incident just to make sure that Babu Lal gets remembered always and his death doesn't go in vain.
