Government of India and the state of Karnataka

A shocking incident from the banks of the extremely essential and devoted river for the Uttar Kannada district of Karnataka has dismayed the entire conservation and Tourism world.
Tourists from Bagalkot, one of the major towns of North Karnataka were illegally entertained to the riverside by locals with the prospect of inhibiting the renowned crocodiles.
Whilst fallaciously feeding the crocs, the tourists were unhinged by Madan H Nayak(55), the Assistant Conservator of Forest of the region.
The 16 of them disposed him off by bestowing him with grave injurious that ultimately imbibed his life.
Although arrested earlier, 10 of them have now been falsely released, due to compulsion from a sub-inspector of Bagalkot.
Heartbreaking News for all!!!!
Aghast….
A Tragic end to the bold and courageous ACF.
A salute to him from me and my Team.
This is exactly what happens when quality forest officials attempt to cease harm to wildlife inside the protected areas, they DIE. Similar incidents have been reported in the recent times.
This is completely unacceptable and somebody has to take action. The government is not interested so let us take things in our own hands and push them to do their duty.

Let us campaign, write letters and push for Justice for our martyred colleague. These incidents deter enthusiasts from concatenating with the noble ethics of conservation and this in turn destroys everyone’s efforts……..
WE ARE RAISING OUR VOICE, HOPE YOU DO TOO
Thanks to Sanctuary Asia for getting the news out.

How many times have you blamed the Forest Departments for not doing their jobs right? Well this is what happens when someone does. A forest who official who was doing his job and tried to stop people from harming wildlife was beaten to death. This is completely unacceptable and somebody has to take action.
