Stop Urbanizing & Converting Arable farm Land into Commercial, Residential Constructions life & nature supporting Agricultural lands are converted in to commercial residential buildings & filled with cement by mindless greedy real estate business. if this brainless business continues then we with our children have to "starve to death" please Sign the petition to be forwarded to our government to Put all possible measures in place to stop at once & demolish the out-of control real-estate business that is converting all arable land lands to commercial residents and buildings, further not to allow & permit any commercial & residential construction that degrades farming, water, nature, wildlife, birds & other small living beings also if any construction starts in lawfully allowed sight a wildlife nature committee should approve confirming for no viewable living species has been killed or cut there on the process of cleaning & evacuation of land, and all possible sight able species inhabited there in proposed construction should have been safely relocated with proper measures by proper committee, and all residential construction should leave 1/3 of space for planting tree & domestic degradable waste water should be diverted to the vacuumed land filled with one or more trees...
Save Agricultural Land-Save Agriculture

For thousands of years, agriculture has provided the food and other materials necessary for human survival and well being. But now, as we see threats that all lands including cultivatable farm lands are being converted into housing units & individual / colonies of individual homes ready built for sale if this allowed & not banned & replenished with cultivation the Shrinking arable land undoubtedly threatens grain security & scarcity for food & end worse situations to peace of the country
While there is growing concern about the capacity of agriculture to meet the needs of future generations. As the challenge comes from population growth the increasing demand for food, the need to reduce poverty, the threat is also to agricultural resources of land, water, and living things

* AGAINST PRIDE OF THE COUNTRY
India blessed with a wide array of soil types that would have developed in the subcontinent as perfect climatic conditions varying for vegetation. Have been the world’s biggest & oldest organic agricultural yields now by converting farm lands into commercial residential buildings the traditional ethnic culture & pride is been spoiled.

*ARISING FOOD SCARCITY
While the growing demand for food and Nutrition due to population growth Shrinking arable land undoubtedly threatens food security further Scarcity for food ends in worse situations to ruin peace of the country Global Researches Global demand for food is likely at least to double by 2030. Most of this increase will occur in the less developed countries of Africa, Asia, and Latin America.

*THE CHALLENGES TO REDUCE POVERTY
India being is home to 40 percent of the world's poor, and 28 percent of its population lives below the poverty line. More than a third live on less than a dollar a day, and 80 percent live on less than two dollars a day. Will be added with 60 percent agricultural workers as economic refugees According to the survey results if The Cultivatable land available per head has been reduced by 50% in the past fifty years from 0.34 ha (1950) to 0.16 ha (1998-99). The land available for cultivation is shrinking at an alarming rate due to the exponential growth of urbanization. & piety farmers will have no source of livelihood – their reliable income generating resourceful lands are been wrapped out by screening fascinating bulk money or otherwise called easy money and tactically forced to involve in money lending business or same real estate partnership, which would breach in a certain period or the liquid cash being spent in days would certainly throw them back in poverty without productive regular income

*RESOURCE DEPLETION AND DEGRADATION
Resource depletion refers to both economic & ecological resource terms referring to the exhaustion of raw materials within a region. Resources are commonly divided between renewable resources and non-renewable resources. (See also Mineral resource classification.) Use of either of these forms of resources beyond their rate of replacement is considered to be resource depletion.
Materials removed from the Earth are needed to provide humans with food, clothing, and housing and to continually upgrade the standard of living. Some of the materials needed are renewable resources, such as agricultural and forestry products, while others are nonrenewable, such as minerals.
Environmental degradation is one of the Ten Threats officially cautioned by the High Level Threat Panel globally through depletion of resources such as air, water, and soil the environment perceived to engage with many deleterious or undesirable change or disturbance

*DEFORESTATION & ENCROACHMENT FOLLOWS
Deforestation is so extensive; it has made several significant impacts on the environment, including carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, changing the water cycle, an increase in soil erosion, and a decrease in biodiversity. Deforestation is often cited as a cause of global warming. One of the main causes of deforestation is clearing forests for agricultural reasons. As the population of developing areas, especially near rainforests, increases, when it’ lately realized that the need for land for farming becomes more and more important. For most people, a forest has no value when its resources aren’t being used, so the incentives to deforest these areas outweigh the incentives to preserve the forests. For this reason, the economic value of the forests is very important for developing worlds.

*LAND, WATER, AND THE ENVIRONMENT
In recent review of a number of studies due to land degradation there is also concern about degradation of for quality in water and urban uses and about declines in water quality for agricultural and other purposes further Water supply systems, as they exist now, were based on the assumptions of the current climate, and built to accommodate existing river flows and flood frequencies. Reservoirs are operated based on past hydrological records, and irrigation systems on historical temperature, water availability, and crop water requirements; the drastic changes in Agriculture land occupied & filled with cement structures & removal of plants & shrubs loss of native animals & bird butterflies & insects will affect the Eco system & ends in breach of water cycle & scarcity

*CAUSES OF SOIL DEGRADATION
When plants (trees & shrubs) are cleared from a site, soil is exposed to sunlight and the eroding effects of wind and water. Soil aeration is increased and the rate of weathering increases.
Apart from erosion, the proportion of organic matter in the soil gradually decreases, through the action of microbes in the soil which use it as a source of energy unless the new land use provides some replacement.
The main impact of soil erosion is the reduction in soil quality which results from the loss of the nutrient-rich and fertile upper layers of the soil, and the reduced water-holding capacity of many eroded soils. In other words, Erosion removes the cream of the soil' Therefore soil erosion is one of the most serious threats to soil fertility. Even low erosion rates which are almost invisible can over the years have a severe impact on soils. It is therefore of vital importance to protect the soil from erosion. Especially organic farming fully depends on maintaining the natural fertility of the soil.

*LOSS OF ANIMAL AND PLANT SPECIES
Loss of agricultural & farm lands have led to loss of diversity in both domesticated and wild biological species, and the decline is continuing. In the past, humans have used well over 100 000 edible plant species and numerous animal species. Today, most of the world's population depends on only 12 crop species for their food staples. While the actual degree of concentration is overstated by these figures, in that many of the species used in the past were never very important, many scientists see the implied loss of diversity as worrying. While some loss of biodiversity is unavoidable, and while there are certainly advantages from concentrating on the more productive species, there are grounds for anxiety that the decline may be socially and ecologically excessive. The erosion of the genetic resource base may mean the permanent loss of actually or potentially useful species or traits. Moreover, production systems are exposed to increased risks by relying on a narrow genetic base for domesticated species. that the downward trend in biodiversity be arrested.

*DECREASE IN FINANCIAL SYSTEM OF THE COUNTRY
India's economy is driven by traditional village farming, modern agriculture, and a wide range of modern industries, including textiles, cement, mining, and software.
India's labor force is composed of 60 percent agricultural workers, 23 percent service workers and 17 percent industrial workers. Agriculture accounts for 25 percent of India's gross domestic product, industry 25 percent, and services 50 percent. Many agricultural workers have lost their resourceful land

*ACCORDING TO THE WORLD BANK
The Arable land (hectares) in India was reported at 158030000.00 in 2008,
The Arable land (hectares) in India was 157923000.00 in 2009, in 2010.
The Cultivatable land available per head has been reduced by 50% in the past fifty years from 0.34 ha (1950) to 0.16 ha (1998-99). The land available for cultivation is shrinking at an alarming rate due to the exponential growth of urbanization's
