I am a mom of a21 year old in montreal quebec and I do really think driving should start at 21 not 16 , my daughter is a good driver, how good can you be when you just stopped asking for money, oh sorry they still do for gas.i know when I was 16 I was to young to drive, so I took my time, i wish more kids today would do the same.i watch young drivers that can not even change a lane fast enough , do not signal when they are changing lanes that is how problems start by bad driving habits.raise the age we will have more young kids alive longer.
