Our government continues to waste billions of dollars on this war on drugs that will never be won. We have more of our population incarcerated than any other country with over 60% being incarcerated for drug related charges. I watched as a federal judge handed down a 360 month sentence to a non violent drug addict. That's CRAZY..we don't even lock up pedophiles nor murderers for that length of time. The overall impact it has on our society is heartbreaking. Who is taking care of our kids...

I see all these new prisons being built but yet they taking funding away from public schools? WTF?
For heavens sake, one would expect that students for a sensible drug policy would have the intelligence to call cannabis by it's correct name ‘CANNABIS’ and not use the prohibitionist terminology of Marijuana a word coined by racist who were/are to ignorant to spell the word ‘Marihuana’ correctly. Please put some one in charge who knows what the f**k they are talking about, as petitions that can't even use correct terminology are a waste of everyone time and energy!
