we have all paid into Medicare all our lives that we worked. What this man has done (Obama) is taken away what we have been promised. You are right, when you take away a right that someone has earned and sit yourself up to play God, yes it is a death sentence to the elderly. Obama care is a violation of our Constitution and the rights that we have paid for and earned. Not only is he a liar, he is a thief. Sooner than later something must be done!
Show me in the Constitution, that piece of crap is legal! No where in the Constitution does it say any damned thing about mandating any thing. So all mandated programs are just that UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

This bill could pass as a death panel seeing as how it limits medical care for some in order to provide "just in case" care for a select group of others. Not to mention 700 billion dollars were taken from Medicare to fund this POS bill. No one even bothered to read the gist of this thing which is probably the main reason we have it. That and the fact that so many people would rather be dependent than smart. I want it gone and I hope others do as well. It's simply ridiculous that in America we must now try to repeal socialist policies and bills.

This is a death sentence to the elderly, the disabled and the impaired! It is a horrific bill and we are not going to get the healthcare that we have become accustomed to in America. How many doctors are going to go along with this with salaries capped and being punished having if the doctor goes above the death panels. The government panels that will decide the treatment for the patient can not be sued, but the doctor can, and the doctor will still have to take out mal practice insurance....

There is a reason Canadians come over the border to receive the best healthcare when they or a family member is deathly ill and needs life saving treatment! No more, we are going to have the same crazy healthcare in this country. But no worry, only the best for the dictator and his Socialist, who shoved this bill down our throats, yet refused to go on it! Remember what Reagan said "Never let the Government control the healthcare of the nation, to control the healthcare is to control the nation!"
