WATCH The Road to REBBL Series:
Trailer | Episode 1 | Episode 2 | Episode 3
Not For Sale is working to end human trafficking and modern-day slavery, a crisis affecting more than 30 million people today.
Our mission calls for a new way of thinking. Tens of thousands of trafficked individuals are rescued each year, but it is not enough. Slavery continues to thrive as traffickers devise new ways of exploiting the vulnerable. How do we stop exploitation before it begins?
This summer, Not For Sale is launching a social enterprise, REBBL, that will create job opportunities and social programs in the most vulnerable communities of the world.
REBBL is a beverage company that combines ethically-sourced botanicals and ingredients to create body-balancing drinks that are good for your health, tastebuds, and the individuals that help produce it. But more importantly, REBBL will create job opportunities and help fund our social programs in the most vulnerable communities of the world.
For REBBL to have the biggest impact possible, we need to develop a sustainable infrastructure in these communities. That's why we're raising $150,000, which will help Not For Sale create community farms that will provide ingredients for REBBL as well as sustainable food sources for the communities we work with. It will also help stabilize these regions with education, healthcare and other important programs.
We have until the end of August to raise $150,000 for the Peruvian Amazon.
Now the question is: Do you want to be a part of making history?

Update #14

Friends and fellow abolitionists,
Last year in Peru, nearly 50% of human trafficking took place in the Amazon—an area where only 11% of the population lives. This year, Not For Sale began working in the area to provide economic infrastructure and try to stop the cycle of exploitation. When we launched the Road to REBBL, we had no idea people would respond so passionately about creating hope and freedom in Peru with us.
In order for REBBL, a beverage creating economic opportunities... … -
Update #13
Posted on Sep 2, 2012A celebration is in order!
This summer, we introduced REBBL--a great tasting and world-class beverage that would help combat the root causes of slavery in the Amazon.
In order for REBBL to create jobs and source ingredients from the Peruvian Amazon, Not For Sale needed to fund critical work in those communities. That included planting community gardens and providing job training, healthcare and education. So on July 10th, Not For Sale launched the Road to REBBL and set a goal of raising...

Update #12
Posted on Aug 28, 2012New community gardens, artisan training for women and youth education scholarships. That's the kind of impact donations through the REBBL campaign have been having for more than 350 families in the Peruvian Amazon so far.
This is the last week for fundraising towards our goal of $150,000. Nearly a thousand people have been a part of making this happen, and you still have time to be among the first to receive a 4-pack of REBBL. All it takes is a donation of $35 or more.
Together, we can do this!

Update #11
Posted on Aug 21, 2012Friends,
Thanks to the generosity of individuals like you, we have been able to raise more than $100,000 so far to address the root causes of slavery in the Peruvian Amazon. In addition, REBBL is now being packaged and sent to consumers whose purchases are already making a difference in those communities.
I believe that REBBL represents the future of how we address injustice as a global community. It is a symbol of a revolution in which all products will be made without exploitation. This is...

REBBL made it to Manila for the Asia Pacific Forum on Human Trafficking as an innovative solution -- Help us turn this into a reality not only for vulnerable communities in the Amazon but in SE Asia, Eastern Europe. Thanks in advance.
great stuff....
I was thinking a lot of the Filipino local specialties that we talked about at the conference are actually great tea flavors - coconut, Palawan honey, malunggay, and mango. I see coconut and malunggay in particular in some of the most impoverished areas I work in, so it's easily found (and hence probably easily grown). REBBL Pinoy edition???
$35 to be one of the first in a company, taste their new drink and have a way to fight human trafficking. fun video to check out. please watch and help. thanks
