We ask to stop the terrible practice of eating dog meat and tortures to which the dogs are subjected in China. We ask Mr. Jose Manuel Barroso President of the European Commission and Mr. Barack Obama to convey our request to the Chinese government.

We have to end this brutal and savage practice and rise up with a voice for the voiceless furry victims out there!! PLEASE end shelter gassing everywhere! Let's make it our New Year's resolution to get as much exposure to this issue as possible!

If we do not act now, then everyone will think that puppy-throwing is an acceptable behavior. We must punish those who did it first so that we set an example of: "Throwing innocent newborns of any species, race, or breed is unacceptable."

There is no reason for any further tragedies to come out of Hurricane Sandy. So much of New York City and its surrounding areas haven't had a chance to fully recover from Sandy, and New York City's Animal Care and Control is expecting animals who might have been lost or surrendered to be rescued
