People who love theyre pets should sign this because there are people out there who would hurt an inocent animal and not care because there is no reason to. the law will smack them on the wrist and often times they go right back to hurting our friends.Its up to us to stop this madness.

Because as an animal lover you shouldn't make it easy for abusers to get animals for their own sadistic pleasures or for profit.
