Why is this campaign important to you?
My son"s best friend has two children, both have MLD! The little girl has had stem cell transplant therapy (unsuccessful) but her big brother isn"t a candidate for the treatment! I want to do anything I can for the family!
I have watched the affect that this evil illness has had on a beautiful little girl that was diagnosed in 2010. Even though she has an amazing family that will do anything it takes to make her life more bearable, their and her smiles can't hide the pain and that of her family to all that know them.
