To try and rid the French Quarter and surrounding area's of aggressive pan handlers and squatters (gutterpunks) that have made their way into the city.  To decrease gutterpunk violence, which includes theft; mugging; verbal abuse; and beat downs to locals and tourists alike.

It's a shame the false advertising that ReverbNation puts out. They say FREE but their promotions require that You pay anyway. I say "Tell it like it is and be real"  Canceling your promotion does not stop them from draining your credit card account. Many have been taken. I personally have lost $175
