Our community is very concerned about the fact that we are not getting the dunes our surrounding beaches are getting. Midland beach suffered more deaths from super storm Sandy than any other place. Nearly our entire community was flooded. We are still recovering from extensive damage.
Some families still in hotels since super storm Sandy may be at risk of homelessness. Hotel Stays should be extended until safe housing can be secured for everyone.
