Children are emotionally  harmed  when they are unnaturally  segregated and  cut off from family they need and love and who love them.  No child should be made to suffer this hurt and your signature (and comments) will contribute to these children  being given their mother back on March 4, 2013  at 

It is our Constitutional right to a fair trial with an impartial judge.  When domestic violence is a factor, partners of sheriff's deputies should be granted an option to change the venue to a neighboring courthouse.  Violence shouldn't have to be a way of life because the perpetrator is a sheriff's
