AL. needs to amend State Hate Crime Statute to include LGBT community
by Prosecute man for molesting a protected Tarpon
In 2013 I find it deplorable that the state of Alabama Hate Crime Statute doesn't cover violence against the LGBT communities .. It is time to amend this legislation to better reflect equal protection to all under the law. By not including these individuals protection in the State Hate Crimes Law
