I went to school with a girl who accused this guy of assault. It was well known that she was having sex with other guys at the time, but she blamed this guy because her mother put her up to it, to protect her boyfriend and step dad who were really abusing this girl. She even lied about forgetting her bike at school, so she would have an excuse to be late getting home after having sex with a classmate. The guy she blamed did everything for this girl. Just because they are children does not mean that they will forget, and their lives will never be normal or free of the bad memories of what they were a victom of. Put them all in prison and let the other inmates take care of them. While in society, their "supervision" needs to take control if there is a computer in the residence. Check it once in a while...

In a lot of places, most registered sex offenders are college kids who got caught urinating in public. Taking a whiz next to your car will land you on the list in NC.
