Make it a law that unless your a licensed breeder, that you have to have your animlas spayed or neutred or pay a huge fine!

I strongly agree that all shelters should be NO KILL ANIMAL, should they could not look after them they should advertise to public because always people out there love animal especially cats as companion. Bad experience with 'animal shelter and watch my beautiful cat swallowed by a snake and then told me that she was missing'
There so many poor homeless animals, I feed as many as I can. I participate in TNR (trap, neuter, and release) and encourage people to spay or neuter their pets. There are low cost programs. THERE ARE DEFINITELY NOT ENOUGH NO-KILL SHELTERS!

Why do they kill them instead of this the goverment should be banning all puppy farmers that are causing all these poor animals on the streets and given up from the only home they have known...do we give our kids up when we have to move or go on holidays>its too easy to buy a pet we should all have to have a license to own one... maybe if we made it a bit harder only the real animal lovers would take one on... instead of a fly by night home.. imagine if you are the dog getting tossed into a...
