On Jan 18th, the Hupacasath First Nation filed a legal injunction that could stop the passage of the Canada-China FIPA. With only 300 members spread across a remote area of Vancouver Island, the Hupacasath have taken on the burden of a David and Goliath struggle to defend all of our rights.
