I would like to ask, how effective are solar panels in generating electricity, and are they (a) going to bring down the price of electricity, (b) contribute to the curbing of global climate change, and (c) halter the need for oil based electricity?

Seen with my own eyes that they are very effective. a) If each home had their own panels (see online how to make them), no one will be paying an electric company. b) They only affect the home they are for, causing no damage to the area around them. c) They can be adapted to usage in car roofs, to power the engines. There is no need for disturbing our mountains, plains for oil. There is no need for a pipeline from Canada to anywhere. It is all foolishness, as when Custer had all the Buffalo killed to end the food for the American Indian, to starve them out. Today we have Monsanto to destroy the poor, weak and the old.
