Children's Rights

Children are being taken from homes sometimes for false or unjust reasons but the worst part is when the FAMILY tries to become the Foster Care party or Parents try to get them home, CPS makes more money keeping them in Foster Homes and Adopting them out with our Government money, so in return they lend no hand in helping the Family, they ( CPS) will lie, falsify evidence, keep out good evidence or not assist Aunts, uncles or Grandparents in anyway! They charge the Parents for Child Support,. Counseling, Court Ordered Parent Classes and more, even though some of these Court ordered steps to get their rights back are already funded by the Government! leaving the Parents in financial despair unable to fight for their rights as United States Citizens! The Family can not always afford to fight CPS...Sending the Child who is safe with Family out to be sold to the highest bidder, with no regard to the Childs Safety, Health or Mental State! Causing a portion of these Children to be abused in Foster Care and by the Adoptive Parents and sometimes the Family because once the child is adopted CPS no longer monitors the home! CPS should be held accountable for the adoption and should be forced to do site visits through out the Childs life! The law needs to focus on the Family not the Money, I was appalled when I saw on a Colorado News station that was broadcasting Children (Wednesdays Child) for adoption like puppies in a pound! Please help change the law to protect these Children in a more Safe and Healthy way!

~ A WORD ABOUT SELF REPRESENTATION ~.
The Sixth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution has been interpreted to provide EVERY AMERICAN with the CONSTITUTIONAL right to self-representation, if they so choose. That privilege, like all other constitutional rights, should be enjoyed without fear of harassment, prejudice, or abuse. Furthermore, no law, regulation, or policy should exist to abridge or surreptitiously extinguish that right.

Self-Represented Litigants have no less of a right to FAIR and MEANINGFUL due process under the federal and state constitutions as those individuals who choose to utilize an attorney for their legal affairs and issues. In fact, NOWHERE in any state or federal constitution does it specify that the hiring of a lawyer is a prerequisite to exercising one's due process rights. Democratic principles dictate that we have the right to freely choose between self-representation and hiring a lawyer to handle our legal matters without suffering humiliation, prejudice, or penalization. After all, it is the parties to the litigation that ultimately have to deal with the consequences of the case's outcome, and not the judge or the lawyers involved in the matter.

Contrary to the view of certain judges and lawyers, those who opt to litigate their own legal matters without an attorney are NOT second-class citizens deserving of contempt and injustice. Instead, they are BRAVE CITIZENS with an inalienable right to have their legal causes adjudicated objectively and justly -- with or without a lawyer. Self-representation can be a difficult, time-consuming, and often frightening experience, especially for those burdened by demanding work schedules, family responsibilities, and other obligations of day-to-day living. Accordingly, those who engage in the difficult task of self-litigation should be REVERED for their COURAGE and DEDICATION, not scorned or abused.

We also need to amass momentous opposition against those persons, agencies, and institutions who, in the interest of protecting huge profits, careers, and prestige, subject self-litigants to a hostile and often abusive litigation atmosphere calculated to suppress self-representation and force people to become completely and financially dependent on lawyers to gain "paid" access to a taxpayer-funded legal system.

Hello Male Parents, I wish you well and hope you know that your not at all alone. Life can give us skills whether we want them or not. In time, every father facing custody and court cases involving family law will develop a 'thicker skin' as we all know that nothing is more personal then an attack against your human rights, your rights as a parent and your ability to parent a child.
I would like to express a very important concept today. This is extremely bold and progressive. I believe their is no 'movements' in the world today to change the opinion of culture in the way that will actually build up momentum. I would like to give you an example. (the example is not aimed to defame or harm homosexual couples in any way, simply a random example.)
