About WARM Training Center

WARM has been promoting sustainable affordable communities since 1981. We provide education on energy and green building to residents and to builders and developers. We have a few major programs dedicated to serving low-income populations. WARM also provides consulting to housing developers on green issues. Recently WARM has begun providing consulting to municipalities to help them create sustainability programs. From the bottom to the top, we are working to improve the quality of life in SE Michigan.

1. Energy efficiency and green building is for everyone.

2. Buildings that work better have tremendous benefits for people and communities, including financial security, health benefits, & community stability.

3. We can help everyone go green from city governments to low-income renters facing utility shut-offs.
