They are working miracles especially in Papua New Guinea getting the Bible translated. They need a Kodiak airplane. Please join the cause, pray & donate.
In 2005 I had the oppertunity to visit a small people group in Indonesia, this minorty language only had the Christmas story in their language--that's all the Scripture they had. Today Bible translation is chugging along....and someone is working on Ephesians soon.
I support the work of Wycliffe and it's missionaries, because I believe the Bible communicates God's clear message of love--and all should have the right to hear it's good news.
These folks take the real good news (the whole Bible) and translate it into the "heart" language, the native tongue in places where people have never even heard the name of Jesus ONCE.
Hi everyone,
My wife and I met at Bethany College of Missions. We have since gotten married and have a little 7 month old baby girl. We are going to be going to work in Khayelitsha, South Africa in the shanty town there.

Wherever I've travelled, it is clear to me how meaningful it is to be
understood in one's native tongue...that is why I believe in this mission.
I'm proud to be a part of a church that supports them on a monthly basis. Union Bapitst Church, Ahoskie NC supports Wycliffe's efforts to provide all people God's written word in their native language.
