In order to:

1) Restore the rights of private property owners
2) Give New Hampshire bars and restaurants an advantage over those of surrounding states
3) Attract out-of-state diners and shoppers
4) Live up to our promise as the "Live Free or Die" state

We should repeal the draconian smoking ban imposed on us recently. Please join the following group to help achieve these important ends.

It's understandable with the "recession"(depression) that we need to make cut backs and increase revenue, but raising taxes and implementing new ones is not the answer. People this is NH, not Mass....lets keep it that way. These radical liberals (socialists) want to control everything, but we the people still have a voice. Let each and every one of us be heard !

"Isn't that dead for another three months?

That was the Alderman's reason for not doing anything for the past four months on the Tax Cap after saying the voters needed more time and couldn't make a decision by last November.
