The photo you have seen is a normal case in Guyana. Animals are left to suffer and are abused and the worst part is that majority of the time nothing is done about it.
Animals are hit on the road and the country suffers with a over populations of dogs and cats.
While spaying and neutering is encouraged it is definitely not something the majority has adopted.
