The police stopped me on my way home last night. It was 2 a.m. and I was very tired and they asked me questions and I decided to remain silent. They are not used to people remaining silent on the street so they asked my identity certification and checked me with the central police computer. They also asked where I live and when I didn't say anything they asked for my address certification too. It was odd for them to see someone silent and the policeman asked me if I understand what he says at all. I refused to reply but actually I was afraid that they will send me to a mental hospital again. Remaining silent is not illegal but forced hospitalization is also not legally a penalty. They are pretending to do it for "your own sake".
