Italy is the place of barren land in Europe.
The country of Italy is the origin of Roman Catholic and Christianity.
However, during 2000years, the meaning of religion has been tarnished by religion rule and has become political.
Nowadays, many people think the religion as culture and don’t realize its necessity.
They don’t concern about the relationship between God and themselves anymore.
They only use church for formal rituals such as when a baby is born or when a person dies. Salvation isn’t their interesting subject anymore.
They are busy focusing on present life and their spirits are getting dull and dying for this reason. For them, the spiritual world does not exist anymore but the visible world does.
This is the place where the mission of gospel must start to rise.

As a Sicilian, I am grateful that God is using these missionaries to bring the Good News to a country that really needs it!
