I finished watchong the story of baby peter several minutes ago... i can barely stop crying enoug y see the letrs on my keboardall I can say is why?..... God why a baby?
What can a bby do so wrng? I can feel my heart breaking for him....his own mother....why? how can....i can't evenform the wrdas in my head. i'm gonna go hold my baby now.

i have a friend who's father, a 65 year old man was falsly accused of molestaion and was sentenced to 3 years in prison. are there any plans to help people like this?

I lived on a military base and called the mps in the middle of the night because i watched the guy across the street from me walk to his girlfriends car get in and left his 2 kids in the house alone (i made sure by knockin on the door that no one was there) they came saw the kids asleep in their beds went in the house and sat their til the father came back home(about 2 hours later) and instead of taking the 2 small kids he got to keep them the kids were maybe 5 and 2. I know if it was anyone else outside of the military they would have got their kids taken away. The whole system is messed up.

everyone makes mistakes, some of us learn from them & some refuse to do so. once a person has shown that they have learned and have made certain life changes in the correct direction, they should be given the opportunity to be the parent that their child deserves. doing this is an undisputable act of love....but those who do not do this, however, should have their children taken so that their kids can have a fighting chance. it is tragic that this all too often is just the opposite of the way this system really works.

First of all omg that poor baby! Secondly. Yes dcfs needs to be reformed. They are taking babies away from parents that hve just made mistakes because of them being teenagers like they went and hung out with the wrong people and they ended up at the wrong place at the wrong time or parents that have alligations that they abused their children when what happened was just an accident instead of these parents that do drugs in front of their kids and live in one bedroom apartments with three, four, five kids plus their spouse and that room is filthy and rundown and never let their children go outside and never dress them in cloths that fit them and scream and yell at their children in public and leave them screaming in the backseat of a hot car and just drive off ignoring them (the parent was in the car driving but still the baby was crying and the parent was ignoring them and the baby was only about a year old) or parents that really have done something wrong they get to keep their kids but those of us who were just stupid one time and stole a cd from walmart ends up getting their baby taken away from them. When there are parents, daycare centers, even fast food restaraunts that put our children in jeperdy. Our burger king's playplace is filthy I was wondering if I needed to take it farther then corporate or not. I know to give tem time to clean it up but after that.

Want to stop child abuse? Start by reforming CPS or DCFS or whatever other name they may go by in any given state. Start by taking children born with FAS or born drug addicted away from the parents right from the get go. If mom tests positive for drugs,or if baby tests positive for drugs or has problems consistant with fetal alchohol syndrom or addiction, get that child away from mom before she has a chance to mess the poor kid up EVEN MORE. Example: Here in Pahrump NV there is a couple named RICHARD & KELLY OLIVER. When their youngest was born, he tested positive for meth, as did KELLY OLIVER. Instead of being arrested right out of the hospital and having the baby and their other 6 kids removed, CPS went to the hospital and asked her when the best time would be to conduct a home check would be. Now, if subjecting an unborn baby to an addiction he never asked for is not child abuse, I don't know what is! So how is it that this can go on, but a mom CALLS THE COPS on her child's abuser and rushed to her child's rescue the moment she discovered the abuse and somehow winds up becoming the accused?! The system is broken! Maybe it is time for some kind of nation wide petition to nationalize child abuse laws as well as the protocol for the enforcement thereof.

Hey everyone! I'm known as Mother Teresa! Can you guess how I got the name? lol I have a passion and love for children. I always have! I have spent my entire life trying to protect, educate, raise, and support all children. It has ruined every marriage and personal relationship I have had since I was 18. Just ruined another year and half relationship as of last month. His youngest daughter came out to say that she was molested a year or so ago. She told her mom and mom and the detectives told him. He flipped out (of course). I tried for months to get him to take care of legal documentation, VA, DA, physical test reports, etc. I pushed for her mental and physical safety in every aspect. He knows she was molested, but he doesn't know what "happened". He won't deal with the "facts" or even listen to the details. The mother has taken care of all of that with her. The problem is that she lives with the dad now and he wont take responsibility in getting the details and talking to her. I pushed harder. He dropped me like a bad habit saying I was treating him like a child and if I was going to do that, he doesn't want me. He has 6 kids and I love them and they love me. I had to contact the mother to let her know that everything he said he would do, he didn't do. She had no idea about anything that I had mentioned to him. I've been through this before with other kids and it will exhaust you just in making sure you have all the proper court contacts, counseling info, hearings, trials, etc. I simply feel that you need to step up to the plate for your children. I don't care how bad the circumstances are! I later found out most everything he told me during our relationship was a lie or a fabrication of the truth to make him look like a great "dad". I guess he just used me for what he could get out of me for his family. I feel horrible for the children. The great news is that the mother and I have become quite fond of each other. She is working hard to get things taken care of. She is a stern parent and that's why the kids live with dad. He lets them get away with EVERYTHING (except for when I'm around they act like totally different children). What a mess! Anyways, some of the kids call and talk to me. They know what true love is from me. I lost a liar of a boyfriend, but gained the respect of their mother, and the children know that my love, forever, is unconditional. There are different forms of abuse. From molestation to a parent who won't take care you properly. It's amazing how people attack the people who love them the most!

Wow, Alot Of comments, Since I posted Last, Well The Next Day After My Last Posten, My Oldest Son Got Hurt Pretty Bad, And Had To Be Copterd Into Saint Louis Cardinal Glennon Hospital and have been dealing with that ever since, So now that Im able to catch back up on things, Can You Believe, After 4 of the SAME EXACT STATEMENTS From 4 different People, The Children Services People Inside that hospital of Cardinal Glennon Actually thaught My husband and I had Done what had happend to my son? I couldnt believe it! I am sorry, I Just really went belistic on that lady and told her she had no buisness in my son's room once he finally made it to a room and was stable enough, And to get the hell out and told her to go down to "East Saint Louis" and Conduct Buisness There Where It was Seriously Needed and to Leave My son and My Family The Hell Alone and that if she came back I would Get her for horracments, There was NO need for her to come up there at us accusen us of doing what had happen when she had reports that ALL said the SAME thing, From Higher Authorities, Division Of Children Services Of Missouri SUCKS!! Just Goes To Show That They dont know where and When They should be sticking their Noses in!

I am now coming up on what would be my son Joshua's 3rd birthday. DCF (department of children and families) took my son from me b/c I was being abused by an ex-boyfriend. I tried to get rid of this ex several times. I called the cops several times. He would sneak into my house while I was sleeping and he would beat and rape me. One time he kept me in my house for a few days, I wasnt aloud to do anything except tend to my special needs son. My son had several abnormalities. But he was loved by everyone none the less. And that is all we could have asked for. this time that ryan nestle was at my house he left after 3 days, but only to go up the road and back. He made me promise not to lock the door, and I did. As soon as I was sure that he was gone. I locked my door and pushed my couch against it in fear that he could just give my door a little nudge and it would open, this was from all the times he kicked my door in. He came back sooner than expected, i had just got done moving the couch and grabbed my phone to call the cops. he ran around my house and I screamed ryan, leave me alone. I'm calling the cops!!! he ripped my airconditioner out of the window and came through my window. and I had trapped myself inside the house. He beat me so badly that I thought I would die then and there. My head hurt so bad, and keep in mind that my son was in his bed the whole time having to listen to all of this. The cops did come but went to the wrong house. they went to my fathers house in the front, not knowing that there was a home in the back also. finally I had a friend call and tell ryan that he was my uncle and ryan let me talk to him. he asked me to just say yes if i needed help. so i said yes and within a few minutes the cops were at my home. but did not arrest rayn james nestle. they let him walk off as he was telling them that they wont be here forever and he will be back soon enough, still they did nothing. The next day My head was hurting really badly so I decided to bring my son to daycare late. when i GOT THERE TO DROP HIM OFF A NURSE SAW MY EYE AND TOLD HER FRIEND THAT I HAD A BLACK EYE. AND SEVERAL BRUISES ON MY HEAD AND NECK. THE SAME DAY CHILDREN AND FAMILIES CAME TO MY HOUSE AND TOOK A LOOK AT ME. I WILL ADMIT THAT I LIED TO THEM ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED IN FEAR THAT THEY WOULD TAKE MY SON FROM ME FOR ME BEING ABUSED AT MY HOME. LITTLE DID I KNOW THEY REALLY DIDNT CARE THEY HAD PLANNED ON TAKING HIM ANYWAYS. THE NEXT DAY MY SON JOSHUA HAD A DOCTORS APPOINMENT AND DCF SHOWED UP AND TOOK MY SON RIGHT THERE BUT I WAS NOT HAVEING IT SO I FOUGHT BACK. JOSHUA WAS MY LIFE AND I WOULD NOT GIVE HIM UP IF I WERE STILL ALIVE. SO THEY CALLED THE COPS. AND HAD ME HELD UNTIL THEY COULD GET MY SON OVER TO THE HOSPITAL, BUT LITTLE DID THEY KNOW THAT THEY WOULD STILL NEED ME THEIR, FOR I WAS THE ONLY PERSON THAT KNEW EXACTLY HOW TO TAKE CARE OF JOSHUA, AND THEY NEEDE ME TO TELL THEM ALL OF HIS MEDICAL PROBLEMS. I WENT WITH THEM BUT NOT WITHOUT A FIGHT.
I WENT THROUGH 1 YEAR OF CLASSES AND DRUG TEST AND FIGHTING IN COURT AND I WAS SCEDULED TO GO TO ST. PETERSBURG FOR THE BIRTH OF MY DAUGHETER. i HAD MY DAUGHTER BUT SHORTLY AFTER SHE WAS BORN SHE DIED DUE TO COMPLICATIONS WITH HER SURGERY. I WENT TO NEW ORLEANS TO VISIT MY MOTHER AND RECOVER FROM WHAT HAD JUST OCCURED. 3 DAYS LATER I GOT THE WORST PHONE CALL ANY MOTHER OR FATHER COULD EVER RECIEVE.
IT WAS JAMES MY OLDEST DAUGHTERS, FATHER. HE ASKED ME " EMILEE, ARE YOU SITTING DOWN?" I ASKED "WHY?" hE THEN TOLD ME THAT MY SON JOSHUA WAS DEAD........................I STILL REMEMBER THE FEELING, MY WHOLE BODY TURNED HOT , MY EARS STARTED RINGING, I WAS SCREAMING BUT I COULDN'T EVEN HEAR MYSELF. I REMEMBER EVERYONE ASKING WHAT WAS WRONG AND HOLDING ME. I COULDNT EVEN GET THE WORDS OUT OF MY MOUTH. MY SISTER ENDED UP HAVING TO CALL THEM AND TELL THEM Y I WAS SCREAMING AND Y I HAD LOCKED MYSELF IN THE BATHROOM. ALL I COULD THINK ABOUT WAS HOW BAD I HURT AND THEN A QUESTION CAME TO MIND...hOW DID MY SON DIE.... LATER AT HIS FUNERAL I ASKED HOW HE DIED EVERYONE TOLD ME HE WAS JUST SICK AND WITH A SPECIAL CHILD LIKE THAT IT MAY HAPPEN SOMETIMES. BUT I KNEW THERE WAS SOMETHING THEY WERE HIDING. I WAS VERY FRIENDLY WITH AMI BUDDIN, THE WOMAN THAT WAS TAKING CARE OF MY SON. I LET HER COME TO MY SONS FUNERAL, BUT THE WOMAN THAT AMI ACCUSED OF NEGLECTING MY SON, I TOLD HER SHE WAS NOT TO COME ANYWHERE NEAR MY SONS FUNERAL.
YOU SEE AMI TOLD ME THAT A WOMAN NAMED BECKY PADGETT WAS MY SONS NIGHT NURSE FOR THE NIGHT. THE NURSE FORGOT TO PLUG IN HIS VENTALATOR WHICH HELPED MY SON BREATH WHEN HE COULDNT. SHE FELL ASLEEP AND THE BATTERY WENT DEAD ON THE MACHINE. THEREFOR MY SON SUFFOCATED TO DEATH.
LATER ON I FOUND OUT THAT THERE WAS A PARTY THAT NIGHT AT AMI, THE WOMAN THAT WAS TAKING CARE OF MY SON, THE VENTALATOR WAS FORGOTTEN TO BE PLUGGED IN. BUT WHEN THE ALARM WENT OFF SAYING THAT THE BATTERY WAS ABOUT TO DIE. AMI BUDDIN TOLD EVERYONE TO IGNORE IT. SHE TOLD EVERYONE "JOSHUA IS JUST TRYING TO GET ATTENSION".
SO MY SON SAT IN HIS ROOM ALONE. SCREAMING, BUT ONE PART I LEFT OUT WAS MY SON HAD A TRACH. THAT IS A WHOLE IN HIS THROAT TO HELP HIME BREATHE BECAUSE HE WAS BORN PREMATURE. THEREFOR HE WAS NOT ABLE TO MAKE A NOISE. SO NO MATTER HOW LOADLY HE TRIED TO CALL OUT FOR SOMEONE TO HELP, KNOWONE EVEN KNEW HE WAS IN TROUBLE. THAT IS WHAT I THINK ABOUT ALL THE TIME I SEE HIM IN MY HEAD TRYING TO SCREAM OUT FOR MOMMY TO COME HELP HIM AND NO SOUND COMMING OUT.
THE POINT OF MY STORY IS TO TELL PEOPLE TO FIGHT CHIL;DREN AND FAMILIES AS IF YOUR CHILDS LIFE DEPENDS ON IT. THEY THOUGHT THEY WERE TAKING MY SON TO A SAFER HOME AND INSTEAD THEY GAVE HIM TO A MURDERER. THEY GAVE MY SON TO SOMEONE THAT THOUGHT HER PARTY AND FFRIENDS WERE BETTER THAN MY SONS LIFE.
i WAS SUPPOSED TO FINISH MY CASE PLAN WITHIN THE NEXT FEW WEEKS BUT I NEVER GOT THAT CHANCE. IT HURTS SO BAD TO KNOW WHAT IF I HAD FINISH WITH DCF SOONER. OR WHAT IF I HAD NEVER MET THIS ABUSIVE RYAN GUY. THEN MY SON WOULD STILL BE HERE.
JOSHUA JAMES PENDLETON DIED RIGHT BEFORE HIS SECOND BIRTHDAY. NOW IT IS COMING UP ON HIS 3RD BIRTHDAY AND I'M NOT QUITE SURE HOW TO HANDLE IT. THIS IS GOING TO BE THE HARDEST MONTH OF MY LIFE. I HAD TWO BIRTHS OF MY CHILDREN IN THIS MONTH AND TWO DEATHS OF MY CHILDREN IN THIS MONTH.
AND THE BAD THING IS, IS THAT AMI BUDDIN HAS A BROTHER THAT WORKS FOR PRESIDENT OBAMA, SO I CANT FIND ANYONE WHO WANTS TO TAKE A CASE LIKE MINE, B/C IT IS TO BIG FOR THEM. i LOVE YOU JOSHUA JAMES PENDLETON, AND ELIZABETH LOUISE ADELLE MICHELLE BOURGEOIS.

I am new to this cause. I am putting out the word to get others to join in this mission. CPS or what ever it is called in others states are not doing their job. I have seen this repeatedy. On occassion they do get it right, but more often they don't. Then CPA finds a way to make it look like it was not because they did anythng wrong on their part. One day they will all have to answer for their part in child abuse. They are enablers. So sad. I am praying something will change and soon. WE all need to keep fighting for all the abused children of the world. They need to know they are loved by all of us fighting for abuse to be stopped.

As a woman coming from a home of abuse of all types I know and understand how hard it is or can be to let people know so that they can help. You keep it a secret in fear of the abuser(s) finding out you told and the abuse getting worse. It needs to be stopped. It's a horrible thing to go through. I hate to see kids that are going through it and wish I could end it all. I'm sure you all can feel and agree with that. I have had 2 boys myself who I love more than life itself but I had to give them to my older sister. I did it in fear that one or the other of their father's would come after us and beat not only me, but my boys as well. They have a good family now. Abuse and neglect free. My wish for all who have been and are abused is that you get the help you need and become a stronger person in spite of the abuse. Don't let it get you down or make you give up. That's letting your abuser win. Don't ever let the sorry abusive bastards win. You are stronger than that, you are BETTER than that. May Angels Rest on Your Shoulder to Protect You and Watch Over You. God Bless you ALL.

IF WE HAD NO MONEY AND WE DID NOT CHARGE EACH OTHER TO LIVE, THERE WOULD BE NO REASON :TO KILL EACH OTHER NO REASON :TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF EACH OTHER NO REASON :TO COMMIT CRIMES AGAINST EACH OTHER THERE WOULD BE NO CRIME. BECAUSE THERE WOULD BE NO REASON FOR IT BECAUSE EVERYTHING WOULD BE FREE.

I know the pain of knowing something is wrong and no one will do anything about it. CPS (Child Protective Services) is a joke. Most of you are right. We call it HRS instead ( Home wrecking services) It seems that they take serious the false reports but never really investigate the true cases until it is to late and the damage is irreversible to those poor children. I hold true to what I have said many times. Why is it you must have a license to drive a car or own a dog, but and moron and disturbed person can reproduce. Sorry but I think there should be a test before reproduction! That may stop some of the sicko's from getting their hands on these little angels.

I Myself And All My Siblings Were very physically Abused Growing up as Children, By whatever Our Parents Could Get their hands on whether it was a Board or a Belt or a Frying Pan,Im Just one of 9, There was 3 Of Us That Got it Worse then the Others because we was they called The "Outcast" or known as the "blacksheep" and Not Loved as much as the other children in the bunch, I myself was "Date Raped" at the age of 18, Was Molested for several years by my older brother Parents wouldnt listen, Foster Homes wouldnt listen, Now the fear of being with men is in my mind for forever,

Im a Mother of 3 1 daughter thats 13 yr old who does not live with me because she was my miracle that was from the night of the "Date Rape" and Then I have 2 boys who are now 8 & 11 yrs of Age That do recide With me, as far as my daughter, I hear from her, I talk to her almost everyday, I get pictures of her, I just dont get to see her face to face As I would love to do, I have NOT seen her face since she was 3yrs old as her Rapest Got out of prison and almost killed us both ( I was pregnant with my oldest son), Scared out of my mind for her and I both, I done what I felt was best, I contacted a good friend of mine and she adopted my daughter, As Far as the Division Of Family Services (DFS) here in Missouri, They are Worthless, DRUGGIES are allowed to have thier children, But People that are tryin to do their best and raise their children to the best of their knowledge And protect their children, And work their rears off Will lose thier kids FIRST to the state of Missouri, WHY ? I guess you all would ask next?, Because they dont have to get off their rears and do any major work, To work the children back into the homes, They can keep these children and use them for Extra money in their pockets each month without really haven to do alot!, The Druggies they would have to do a Bunch of work with, To make sure the home was proper and the parents were drug free, And attending Programs to fit whatever was needed to possibly ever return the children back into the home, Know a friend right now that does not have her children because she was at work and got wind from a friend of hers that she saw her babysitter slapping her son across the face Inside Wal-Mart, Now...With that being said, My Friend Left Work, And went to go get her kids once calling the babysitter to make sure she was back at home, She got there her son had a bruise (Fresh) across the left side of his face, Mind you her son isnt but 16mnths old, She called the DFS and told them what had happend, And the state came and removed her children from her and is tryin to get her for Indangering the welfare of a minor child and Neglect, And this is with Witness's also telling the DFS system that They know this mother would NEVER ever hit her children in such manner that they know the sitter had to of done this, And to have wal-mart check their camera's.Now tell me what kind of DFS system Missouri honestly has?


Caregivers in Springfield can KILL your kids and continue to run their daycares also?.....

Im Sorry, But the State of Missouri Makes Me SICK! They are NOT against The People that Actually ABUSE their Children, They use simple people that try to do their best for the extra penny in thier pocket each week,

Well Sorry Everyone didnt mean to drag this all out, But Child Abuse is in my past and I see so much of it everywhere and NOTHING being done to those that seriously need it done that I could just do something to those people beaten on those kids MYSELF!!

I have lost all faith in the system. The Dept of Family and Children (DEFACS) here in GA failed us. There had been 5 previous calls made concerning the bruises and the welfare of my baby Granddaughter. I made the 6th complaint myself and they ASSURED me they were going out to check on her the very next day-THEY NEVER DID! 9 days later my granddaughter was dead. Murdered by her abuser. Child protective services are a joke

Is your website running yet? How can I get involved? I live in San Diego, I want Child Abuse to STOP, now. I want this to be an agenda as highly covered and debated more than the economy and more than same sex marriage? How can we get our politicians to realize that child abuse is bascially domestic terrorism? The torture, and mame of our babies endangers the future of this country as these children are tomorrow's teachers, policeman, moms and dads? Our country need to take action.

i can under stand how these kids feel i was raped when i was 7 years old and i have lived in an abusive home i lived in an abusive home for 10 years and know i am 17 and last year i got out of that home and lived with my mom my dad used to beat me so bad that i had to go to the hospital i had to broken ribs because my dad kicked me will i was on the floor watching tv he kicked me with still toed boots. last year he choked me so bad that i hardly could not breath and i fought back but i did not go far so i know how alot of these kids feel i lived it and yes i wish i could get a hold of alot of these people that are abusing there children and do the same thing they are doing to there children and see how they like it

i just wanted to bring to everyones attetion that 3 missing children have been found UNHARMED and let everyone know that prayer does work i am very thankful that GOD has brought them home there are some police men and women who still have the best intrest of the child mind set and we can't give up we need to stand together and fight to make a change through the power of prayer and our determination we can win don't ever give up on these children keep fighting GOD IS GOOD
