About Child Advocates of Silicon Valley

Approximately 2,000 children who have been abused, neglected or abandoned are now in the Santa Clara County foster care system.

Child Advocates has been providing essential services to this vulnerable population since 1986. The organization trains and supports Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteers to work one-on-one with children, helping to ensure that each child will live in a safe and loving environment and has the resources needed to grow up healthy and strong.

Over 300 needy children are on our waitlist for an Advocate. Help a child today. Contact us: info@cadvocates.org, (408) 416-0400.

1. Childhood is a precious and critically important time for building self-esteem and nurturing dreams.

2. Approximately 2,600 children who have been abused, neglected or abandoned are now in the Santa Clara County foster care system.

3. Every child should have a safe, loving home and be given the opportunity to become a strong, healthy adult.

4. By matching trained volunteers (Advocates) with dependent children, we ensure the needs and best interests of foster children in our program are met.
