LINCOLN PARK COMMUNITY SHELTER (a 501(c)(3) nonprofit)

The LPCS is a supportive, community-based transitional housing program for adult men and women experiencing homelessness. Established in 1985, the LPCS is a community-wide effort to provide a healthy, positive environment in which people can make lasting life changes. The LPCS is privately funded and volunteer-driven. The LPCS serves over 600 individuals each year by providing comprehensive support services, including assessment and referral, intensive case management, and safe, structured transitional housing.
