UPDATE #1
EVENT UPDATE:
Dear All,
With just over 2weeks to go for this event, we now need to start finalising event specifics.
At this point in time we have 7 definite and 8 maybe participants, and
now require conformation of your firm intent to partake in the event. In
confirming your intent to partake in the event, can you kindly organise
your £30 sponsor funds to be paid into the event Virgin Money Giving

We would be grateful if you could organise this no later than Sunday the 17th of Feb.
All participants are to meet at the Llanover Arms car park in
Pontypridd South Wales (CF37 4PE) on the evening of Friday the 1st
March. After a few beers at the Llanover Arms and possibly a bite to eat
at the Globetrotter Grill next door, at 01:00 on Saturday the 02nd all
participants will be picked up by a minibus and transported to Snowdon
to start the event. Once Snowdon is completed, the minibus will then
transport the participants to Cadair Idris, Pen-y-Fan, and on completion
return all participants back to the Llanover Arms car park.
Once sponsorship funds are in place confirming the firm number of
participants, we will finalise negotiations with the transport provider
to hire the suitable mini-bus for the event. We will then advise you of
the costs per person by Tuesday the 19th of March, which will be payable
by each participant directly to the transport provider no later than
Thursday the 21st of February. Then only can the bus be firmly booked in
our favour.
If any anybody wishes to spend the night of
Saturday the 02nd of March in Pontypridd to partake in a few cold ones
and a meal after the event, we can organise rooms at a reasonably priced
local Bed & Breakfast located approximately 10minutes from the
Llanover Arms. Yet again, to enable us to negotiate a discounted price,
we will need firm conformation of the number of persons who require
rooms no later than Sunday the 17th of February.
