African American Planning Commission Inc. (AAPCI)

The African American Planning Commission (AAPCI) Inc., is a New York City-based 501(c)(3), nonprofit organization committed to addressing issues of homelessness (domestic violence, HIV/AIDS, housing shortage, and unemployment) within the communities in which we live and serve.

1. Everyone has a right to live in a home free of violence and abuse.

2. Black or white, Rich or poor, Male or female, Adult or child... AIDS does not discriminate
