In partnership with the Child Welfare League of America, the National Foster Care Coalition and the League of Dreams, OFA will drive a national service movement that connects caring and committed volunteers with foster youth in their communities in order to provide these young people with opportunities for personal, academic, and social enrichment. Foster Care to Success alliances also have been established with other national volunteer programs, including America’s Promise, ServiceNation, DoSomething, and the President’s Volunteer Service Award Program.
