To influence Buffalo to modify their policy on refund of credits lost due to malfunction
I sent a support ticket in to Buffalo describing how, when you happen to get a bingo at the very last second the game freezes. If you wait until the end of the next game it gives you the points you would have won, however, if you purchase cards for the next game after getting the points, it takes double the credits. This, in my opinion, is something Buffalo would like to fix.. am I wrong? Well.. probably, at least somewhat. I asked if there was a way to get the credits back that the game overcharged. Their reply was that they do not refund any form of 'free' credits.; That's daily credits, teammate credits, level bonuses, or, the one thing that surprised me.. winnings. Personally, once you have the credits they should be yours no matter how you received them. If the game 'cheats' you out of them the player should be able to reclaim them, regardless. I feel it's quite unfair of Buffalo to say that the only refund of credits that are taken by a 'bug' in their program are those you paid actual $ for.IF you agree and wish to send a message to Buffalo, Join this Cause.
