Please refrain from posting cruel and rude comments as we Do Not Condone, Encourage or Support people allowing their dogs, cats or other animals to run loose and we encourage that you Keep your pets on your own property by fencing, cruelty free chains or walking them on leashes.

However, loose dogs do Not Justify barbaric psychotic behavior, animal cruelty & killing and there is No Excuse for it!

As far as we know, no charges have been filed. If you have any new information please contact an Admin for posting.
