I need your help, to Educate, Empower, and Advocate, for the thousands of Disabled and Disenfranchised Citizens of this Country, so they know their Rights when it comes to the various Mental Heath Laws in every State. There is RAMPANT ABUSE by HealthCare Employees, and the weak and poor, are constantly running into brick walls, when they try Reporting these Abuses!
