Unlike other Seychelles Exile/refugee political factions approach to return to their Home Land in 1987/88, it advocated negotiation a of strong, important and realistic Economic package with the Communist/Socialist Seychelles Government of President FA Rene - One Party System to the sum of $500 - $800 millions, supported by the greater international communities, their institutions to allow the Seychelles Exile/refugees to return. It was importantly instrumental that Multiparty was accepted and voted for by the SPPF Party, the Constitutional process and making of the 3rd Republic.
Over the past 21 years it has supported the implimentation of this Historic program, supported Democracy, Justice, Freedom, Human Rights, supported the development of a Strong NGO and Civic Society implantation - working to counter check the political bad practice in OAU - African Union, allow the people to have greater say in national contribution. It has also supported importantly that, these same values to be applied in the Indian Ocean Region and Africa.
Included in this pacakge and Program It advocated, lobby and press the Sechelles Seychelles government of President FA Rene, the Opposition to adopt a Senate assembly - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Senate - to safe guard Democracy and provide the thousands new Migrants, settlers with democratic say in the National affairs. Included the package - the rights from Seychelles Citizens across the world to exercise their Rights to Vote.
From the 10,000 and more exile/refugees forced, compel to flee, leave their Homeland Seychelles from 1976, only 150/200 have returned over the past 21 years. The objective to raise international awareness, promote their cause and help set adequate and proper bodies, infrastructures, raise awareness to the gross abuses of their faundamental rights and human rights, constitutional rights, massive cover up by the many International Institutions, including UN and EU about their plight and situation, issues, raise Funds and develop appropriate communication, media in Seychelles and EU to support them and their cause. The world do not know that they exist - they only know Seychelles as a super Tourist and wedding destination - the need to expose the cover- up by all parties involved.
In EU and across the world with economic situation and social uncertainty getting worse, the important need for those exile/refugees rights to return to their Country and adequately supported by the International communities, their High Institutions and policing authorities.
