My country Denmark used to be a cool country in regards to foreign policiy, firstaid, and many other good stuff. Now all we didnt destroy was our way of energy. And this so close to being run over by stupid politicians and big oil companies..
If we say no to fracking, we still have something to be proud of

New Zealand too is being sold out to fossil fuels-yet there is such a great Green opportuniy.

I am an old man ( but I worry for the young kiddies who are just starting life ) that's my main concern?

Luke Ashley

That is exactly my biggest concern too. Many are quite focussed on the fracking here and now and worry about their water supplies being contaminated. I`m more worried about the longer term impacts that will be affecting our children and grandchildren. I don`t want these future generations to look back in history and wonder why their grandparents sat back and did nothing or even contribute to the problem. This is why I do what I do and will most likely never give up. I have a duty to ensure I do what ever it takes for the benefit of future generations.

stop fracturing the future of mankind

Sofar we only have one mother earth to take care of us you do the math JP

Anthony Gleeson

This reminds me of the fight against the tobacco industry. When the decision makers were forced "2 do the maths", they found out that they were spending way more in fixing up the health problems caused by cigarette smoking, than they were getting from the taxes/levies they were getting from the tobacco products. After that, they found it much easier to make the necessary changes & stop listening to the PR spin.
This will no doubt happen with the fossil fuel industry. It isn't just fracking which is wrong - it would make our movement so much more powerful if there was a world wide push against fossil fuels in total. The vast majority of peer-reviewed climate scientists would support this. They would be relieved with the planet wide movement demanding a swift transition away from toxic fossil fuels which are literally costing us the earth & towards a clean renewable energy future. is such a movement possible???? Can we agree on this common message: No 2 fossil foolery, yes 2 renewables?

With fewer and fewer jobs available for an ever increasing number of people worldwide, it’s actually easier to start up a business today than to find a job that pays a living wage. The reason for this is simple: Our global economy is based on the myth of endless natural resources, endless market expansion and endless economic growth. In reality, however, we live on a planet that is limited in size with limited resources and a limited potential for market expansion. Consequently, the demand for all life necessities, including jobs, continues to grow with our growing population, although the natural capacity to supply these demands was surpassed several centuries ago, when our global population exceeded the sustainable limit for an optimal development of human life in harmony with nature...

Fracking kills the environment.........it needs to be stopped.

Kris Eckert

How does hydraulic fracturing kill the environment?

Nikola Tesla invented Free Unlimited Green Energy for everybody which is generated naturally - electromagnetic energy .. He was shut down and supressed by the likes of JP Morgan and Eddison and was supressed by the CIA for 90 years.. If we were allowed to utilise this energy it would make Fossil Fuels redundant and this is what the FED wants to keep from us... Lets think about the planet for the future and invest in TESLAS GIFT.. Please.

I live in Shepton lMallet, UK. My District Coiuncil is currently looking@ allowing Fracking in our area. The Mendip Hills. I am concerned that ultimately Glastonbury, which is only 11 miles away and has the famous Chalice Well will be contaminated. This is the well that is supposedly (in Mythology) where Joseph of Arimathea placed the Holy Grail for safe keeping. THIS is why this cause is important to me! l
