About

Girl Scouts builds girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place.

Girl Scouts is the nation’s preeminent organization dedicated solely to girls where, in an accepting and nurturing environment, girls build courage, confidence, character and skills for success in the 21st century. In partnership with committed adults, girls develop qualities such as strong values, social conscience, and conviction about their own potential and self-worth. GSGCNWI makes Girl Scouting accessible to any girl who wants to join. Girl Scout programs are very diverse and include learning about math, science, computers, camping, sports, healthy behaviors, community service projects, and adult leadership training. We strive to reach diverse ethnic, cultural and under-served populations in our service area.
